Dua for Times of Difficulty
Recite when facing hardship or stress
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ٱلْحَلِيمُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيم
La ilaha illa-llahul-'azimul-halim, la ilaha illa-llahu rabbul-'arshil-'azim
There is no god but Allah, the Magnificent, the Forbearing. There is no god but Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne.
Benefit and Reflection
The Prophet ﷺ would recite this in times of distress. It anchors the heart in tawhid when emotions try to pull it away.
